Sale contract for Serbia's sole steelmaker published

Amazing, do business with communist China and we get transparency. Do business with the "democratic" West and we get secrecy.

Poor Serbia, getting taken to the cleaner's once again. You would think their Communist brothers would give them a fair deal. After Putin's Russia cheated Serbia when they bought their Nis refinery, one would think the Serbs learned a lesson.

But the best is to do business with Russia, and you get ripped off. Remember the NIS case, where Serbian oil and gas industry, including domestic resources worth some billions, were given away for peanuts without any tender and bidding.


P.S: South Stream was only a South Dream, and in no way connected to the sale contract, but only a vague promise.
