The chief prosecutor of Bosnia-Herzegovina has confirmed that his office is investigating RS President Milorad Dodik in connection with the Pavlovic Bank.
Mr. Slobodan Pavlovic, the president of the bank and 4 other bank employees are STILL under house arrest and are NOT FREE as reported here. NO hearing. NO freedom.
It is worth noting that the complaint in this case was filed by fellow Serbs in the RS not by anyone from the other constituent peoples. No doubt the fact that there is an election this year is a factor but attempts to paint this as a plot either by Bosniaks or the IC need to take account of where the complaint originated.
