Oh, no need to worry about that, dear. The UN has never recognized and will never recognize a state or government because according to the UN, the UN does not possess any authority to recognize either a state or a government. Kosovo is no exception to that.

A racist and dumb comment like that can only be replied to with the same: The only post a serb will ever hold is that of the President of the the organisiation to 'Promote War Crimes and Genocide around the world'. The honorary presidents of this organisation are Stalin, Hitler, and Kol-Pot.
No honest people in the world would ever want Vuk Jeremic as gensec, primarily because the last time he was elected for a UN office, he used it to promote Serbia and himself, instead of actually doing his job. I wish somebody from Balkan would win, but we had enough of Jeremic.
