Skopje: Riots after amnesty is announced in wiretap affair

Demonstrators took to the streets in Skopje last night after Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov announced amnesty for all participants in the "Bomb Affair."

The opposition claimed that the tapes revealed the authorities' control over journalists, judges, public sector recruitment, as well as election manipulations.

This is all part of the occupation in the region. Election manipulation is very common in Serbia, Montenegro and elsewhere. I hope we are all free from the dictatorship dressed as "democracy" soon. Montenegro's referendum on independence was also rigged.
