Western countries veto Russian proposal to include Kurds

Now the rest of the world knows what is in the interest of NATO, "WAR IN MIDDLE EAST "!!.

Don't worry about it. Russia provides them with a long list of political, military, economical and intelligence aid. Syrian Kurds are not bombed because of us and we supply them with tanks, artilliry, ect. In a great degree it caused the combat and political succeses of the Kurds. By the way Kurds always were pro-Russian. You cannot say that it's not a consolidated nation and it's one of the reasons why they still have no state of their own. In Kurdish issue all regional powers become united and it already caused us problems with Iran. Because in this region only Russia stands firm what on the Kurdish side.

How many more violations of rights are to be ignored?
Have the Kurds not fought or lost enough?

I really feel respect for a nation which fight for their identity. I pitifully them because we all know that nor Turkey neither Siria will ever permit them to create their nation… Is right what Russia tell : but I wonder is Russia ready to help them create their own nation and go in war with Turkey and Siria?
This is unfair – but the law of the nature is wild – the big one eat the small one… Time before Russia had the possibility to help them, like they helped Armenians…

What else was in the proposal, maybe for Assad to remain in power, maybe a paragraph saying no investigstion of war-crimes?
Did this proposal ever actually happen?
Did the UN Security Council reject it or just 1 country that is a member?
Which countries rejected it? US, UK or France? Turkey does not have VETO power
