That time has passed. Look at Nikolic for gods sake. He says a lot against the west West but does nothing. It is the actions that count.

Hague finally came to it's senses and answered the question posed in the film No Man's Land. Who started the war? Well at least thay have now confirmed what we already knew. It wasn't the Serbians!!

I am still puzzled by this verdict. It is because the court truly thinks that the prosecution did not make a strong and convincing case? It is because this particular court is a faction against other factions in the court system in The Hague? Does it serve some higher political aim?

Oh, so far, I could always read that the ICTY is anti-Serbian, a NATO court and similar words coming from the usual suspects. An now it takes side of Serb nationalism, suddenly? Funny.

It's a court, and in court there's the primary assumption: Not guilty until proven guilty. And so Seselj can join with Gotovina, Haradinaj and other innocent gentlemen.

P.S: If the Nuremberg processes were guided that way, and if Goebbels wouldn't have committed suicide, the Nazi-German hate speech minister for propaganda would have set free as well - how can you proof that your speeches are responsible for killings? Even when, like Seselj, you numerate some dozen names of persons, and these persons get killed the other day, you are not responsible.
