What did Robert Baer say about NGOs?

"We were given money, a few million dollars, to fund various NGOs, opposition parties and various politicians who have inflamed hatred".

The famous William Walker, CIA operative, worked for an NGO.

"The two officials underlined that even 17 years after the bombing, grave consequences of the aggression are still visible, which led to numerous casualties, caused extensive material damage, as well as drastic consequences to peace and stability in the region," a statement said.

17 years after the bombings, The Balkans and former Yugoslavia are the most peaceful and stable they've been in decades. Anyone really want to go back to the 90's? So what "drastic consequences to peace and stability in the region" are they even talking about? There was none of that back then, only war and economic misery. You'd have to be full of shit to say things are worse now than in the 90's in Serbia.

Always a good sign for a country when NGO`s can be attacked by a foreign ambassadors for humanitarian work and the prime minister don`t react. Welcome to cuckoo land.

At the same time, he "thanked Serbia’s leadership on commitment to preserving the ideals of the fight against fascism and of historical truth."

A Russian official thanking Serbia's officials for 'fighting for historical truth'. More than absurd. About the same amount of people in the Soviet union perished through the 'politics' of Stalin as people were killed there in WW2. Under Putin it became more popular to admire that 'great Russian leader. About 'fighting fascism' - Zhirinovsky whos fascist party has the support of quite a few percent of Russians was personally awarded with a honorary medal for his 'merits' by then Russian Medvedev. it might sound absurd that a born Jew can be a fascist, but you can find numerous supporters of the neo-Nazi idology in Israel as well.
