Man blows himself up in shop owned by ex-minister

An unknown man on Monday activated a hand grenade and killed himself in a Belgrade cake shop located on the corner of Ilije Garasanina and Takovska.

It shocks me that Serbia is such a violent Society. Daily, we read on b92 of people killing family members or neighbors. How does Serbia expect to become an EU member when it frequently exhibits non-EU values.
