That's not what he is saying at all smartarse. Once he was on the plane and entering Serbian territory what was Serbia going to do? Tell them to turn around or they will shoot?
(Peggy, 21 March 2016 23:31)

Oh, got it. So you are saying all that is needed for somebody to enter Serbia is to board a flight for Belgrade's airport. Serbia's government has no choice on admitting or not into Serbia anybody who arrives at Belgrade's airport. So there are no border and customs controls at Belgrade's airport, dear?! Do you use your brain for anything other than moving your hand when writing?!

Seselj was put on a plane after 13 years of no conviction and sent to Belgrade and the Hague Tribunal did not even consult the Serbian Government on this matter. The Serbophobes at the ICTY only did this to demand him back and in this way humiliate the Serbian Government.
(Ari Gold, 18 March 2016 19:25)

Oh, I see... so you are saying that ICTY smuggled Seselj into Serbia via Belgrade's airport without the permission of Serbia's government and Serbia's customs officials at the airport failed to detect him lol

They knew ver well that Serbia had no choice in that matter but besides, why not accept him back. He did enough time there without being found guilty of anything.

I won't worry too much about correcting Sasa's writing. He's somehow managed (at least according to him), live and work most of his life in an english-speaking country, yet manage to remain functionally illiterate in English. Kind of an accomplishment, really. There's not much help for him.

Sasa just fyi since u are trying to use Albanian words Shqipere's does not have meaning, you want to use Shqipetar or Shqipetaret.
(Gjakova, 19 March 2016 23:35)

Furthermore, it has no sense to use an Albanian word in an english forum. I mean, if I talk about Serbia, I don't write Srbija.

Amnesty Jugoslavija: I think you meant it's "it's not ONLY the Serbs crying foul". They have been moaning about the court ever since it was established and even responses to my post on this article including the continuation of that trend. In July 2013 Seselj criticised Harhoff as being biased against Serbs, a complaint that led to his being removed from that trial. That sounds fair to me on the part of the court.

As for fulfilling obligations, these are on-going and include ensuring that Seselj returns to serve whatever part of his sentence remains after taking into account time served.

The Serbophobes at the ICTY only did this to demand him back and in this way humiliate the Serbian Government. They even purposely picked now to announce Seselj's verdict during an election.

But there isn't anything they can actually do if Serbia does what it should have done ages ago and that's denounce this farce of a court. With all the murderers of Serbian civilians walking around the streets in ex-YU, these Hague scumbags invent different ways to f ck with Serbia instead of pursuing justice.

(ned taylor, 18 March 2016 13:51) When the minister talks about trials being conducted "as they should" I suspect he means finding the defendants guilty. Any other outcome will simply have Serbs crying foul, but justice is a process not a specific verdict. As for fulfilling obligations, these are on-going and include ensuring that Seselj returns to serve whatever part of his sentence remains after taking into account time served.

Ned it's not the "Serbs" crying foul. It's the ICTY's own whistleblowers, such as Judge Harhoff, that expose a corrupt and criminal process with politically based verdicts.

"We'll see if it the special court has really been formed to conduct trials the way it should, or if it's just an excuse to be doing something and accomplishing nothing," Ljajic concluded.
