I'll bet secretly Vojislav Seselj is among to be extradited also! It looks like Serbia is finally coming to grips with its brutal past & is falling in line ?

Many ICTY decisions and actions completely reinforce the organization as a farcical political instrument. It will be fun to hear the evidence of ICTY corruption showcased again during extradition hearings in claims and counter claims of witness intimidation. Comedy on this scale is priceless.

This case is based on the prosecution's witness : Nenad Jovic. Undeniable evidence of ICTY's total corruption, contempt for justice, and cover-up is provided by Nenad Jovic's sworn testimony on July 6 2010. To reiterate: the witness provided evidence that the ICTY actually intimidated and attempted to bribe him to falsely testify against Seselj. The indictment against the SRS politicians is actually a counter claim of witness intimidation. Clearly, this ICTY juvenile response is an action to further cover-up its own crimes.

Notable that after more than one year of refusing to consider the ICTY request to extradite, the hearings were announced on the same day these three SRS officials were actually registered on the election list.

One wonders how the media exposure over the coming weeks, in hearings that will inevitably denigrate and delegitimize the ICTY, will affect these candidates? An impartial observer wouldn't be wrong to assume this SRS trio have been provided within an advantage over their political rivals.

Florence Hartmann, a French national, was convicted of contempt of the tribunal in connection with the Prosecutor v.Slobodan Milošević case
for knowingly and willingly disclosing information in knowing violation of an order of a Chamber. The sentence of Sept. 14th 2009 was affirmed by the appeals chamber on July 19th 2011.
France has REFUSED her extradition!

So it goes on,the quislings in Belgrade have no shame,they shouldn't even recognize that joke of a court.

The evidence is according to the Office of the Prosecutor and the ICTY. I didn't call Jovic to testify. It's according to the army of personnel in the OTP and their horde of investigators. Jovic didn't spontaneously appear in The Hague, he was selected as a prosecution witness. Although I am critical of the the farcical ICTY circus, I do not call their witnesses and present their evidence. The OTP and the ICTY investigated Jovic and called him to present evidence. Not me; not the defense; Jovic's testimony was presented as part of the prosecution's case.

Reputable jurists and scholars have already mocked the farce at ICTY in peer reviewed journals. One of the ICTY's own judges, Harhoff, has confirmed the ICTY presidency as corrupt. Your "international community" is too busy bombing and obliterating Doctors Without Borders Hospitals, targeting wounded and defenseless patients and physicians. Any community that permits such war criminals to run amok with impunity has no legitimacy.

The evidence is according to the Office of the Prosecutor and the ICTY. I didn't call Jovic to testify. It's according to the army of personnel in the OTP and their horde of investigators. Jovic didn't spontaneously appear in The Hague, he was selected as a prosecution witness. Although I am critical of the the farcical ICTY circus, I do call their witnesses and present their evidence. The OTP and the ICTY investigated Jovic and called him to present evidence. Not me; not the defense; Jovic's testimony was presented as part of the prosecution's case.
