In a joint operation, Serbian, Czech and Spanish police have arrested 25 persons suspected of drug trafficking.

There's no point in being all mighty here, people deal in drgus because there's an opportunity for lots of money to be made, due to there being a high demand for drugs. The report very carefully describes those arrested as Serbian "citizens" so as to obscure their ethnic identity. If they had been ethnically Serbs, I'm sure we would have heard about it.
