There are about 500 people in Presevo, southern Serbia, who have been returned from Croatia, while there are hundreds of refugees in Tabanovce, Macedonia.

Why are they being accepted back? Also if you don't plan to use force under any circumstances what are you going to do when they start smashing their way in like they are trying in Macdonia?
