PM says Serbia is "militarily neutral, loves itself"

I have been stating,that Serbia will be neutral county for the last 12 month's.The only way Serbia will join any Pact (NATO, RUSSIAN, EU,or Chinese),is that the citizens will vote for ,and not be pushed down upon the country (eg Milo on Montenegro ).
So all you Shqipire person's don't worry for us Serb's with your opion while you sit comfortably in a Western Country. We ,that live in Serbia ,know exactly what we want!.You Shqipire person's need to give your opion and help to your people that poorly live in ghettoes in Pristina, and Tirana ,and again please don't worry for us Serbia, living in Serbia.
The game ,of who will we Serb's join ,will be played for year's to come,and getting favourable treatment ( RAMA quoted) will help Serbian government.

To Principa,
Serbia can brake the contract with NATO ,but the Serb's in KiM,will suffer.Alot of countries have broken contracts with NATO,like the Philippines ,Chile etc.Don't forget Milosevic sign that agreement, so if NATO is required to watch Serb's in KiM,other wise Shqipire's with their Bullsh*t police would have to watch the Serb's and their properties, how do you think that would go?. Russian Army have access,as well access threw Serbia,and are based in Nis,only 150km(approx)from the post at KiM.
I for one would like to see China's Army training with Serbian troop's, in Serbia,and in China!.
While Serbia doesn't align with any countries, it will be interesting, how other countries will treat Serbia.(RAMA already bitched about it).
P'S I am a expat that now lives in Serbia and communicates with poeple in the Balkans, that are big difference to Western Serb's.
