"The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development will back a number of projects in Belgrade ... These include the building of a new bus station in Blok 42"

This is a very significant statement. Belgrade already has a good central bus station, but it is in the way of the new Belgrade Waterfront project which is being financed by rich Arabs. The existing bus station will close BEFORE a new one is opened. Bus stations in Serbia and elsewhere are for ordinary people not for the wealthy. Who cares if they have to stop in a muddy field miles from the centre of Belgrade. This current regime is no different to the DOS regimes that went before them. All they care about are rich foregners.
