EU foreign policy chief "sees no signs of new Cold War"

Europe was always naive and reckless when the signs of war and instability were obvious, then all of Europe looks to the United States of America to come to the rescue ? In my opinion the newly recognized countries within Europe over the past 25 years should form seperate alliances with the USA seperate of the EU, as to be better position when instability does hit Europe in the near future! All one needs to do is scroll thru the pages of history to see what I mean, Russia and her satellites many of which are current EU member states will not stay dormant for long, mark my words!!!
Many EU leaders are negligent, and a price will have to be paid!

This comment clearly comes from person that lives off social security. Now with this supposed break away from the EU, who is going to pay for this new alliance? Yes Rocky you do need money and no it does not grow on trees or does it?
