Milan Kucans testimony exposed that Milosevic used JNA and eventually serbs living outside Serbia as a tool to create Greater Serbia, it took one testimony. JNA went from protecting Yugoslavia to protecting ethnic serbs.

The truth is also that last decade Russia many times criticized the court and two weeks ago through Lavrov Russia hinted that we may abandon this terrarium soon. I think Serbia must do the same and there will be one pressure machine missing …
Ask the Slovenes what they think about Milan Kucan. In late 2014 mass demonstrations were held in Ljubljana to demand from their politicians an explanation why better living standards have not materialised as promised to Slovenes if they left Yugoslavia. The politician they were after was Milan Kucan who by that stage left Slovenia and now lives very well in Germany.
Try picking a more credible person next time.

Is this a war crime? No.
Is it punishable by jail time. Yes.
Serbia itself should have convicted him for that (and then it wouldn't have to deal with this mess).
All of this stuff stands in the way of the real things: getting more foreign direct investment business expansion, growing GDP, creating jobs, creating a wider transportation network so more economic markets can be captured.

That is the greatest news I have ever seen in these forums. So we will finally have Yugoslavia back after a quarter century, initially with Slovenia and Serbia as members. Let us all thank the CE of B92 forums sj for this very exciting news!
