WB "to help Serbia advance with new technologies"

The World Bank is ready to help Serbia benefit from the implementation of new technologies in the next four-five years, says WB Country Manager Tony Verheijen.

You Shqiptars are commenting that Serbia is not progressing with growth, and going broke!!.
P'S have a look at Tirana,and Pristina NO growth and stuck in the mud!.

I completely disagree with this trend of privatizations of the public sector. Private owners are usually concerned only with profits and therefore can not be guarantors of public interest. Public interest is at the core of democratic aspirations. And therefore, in my opinion, it is counter-democratic to privatize public assets.

I would kindly ask the gentleman from the "WB" to name one country which has shown success in moving from the public sector to the private sector without going into perpetual debt and therefore failure.
