Still having trouble reading the Hague Transcripts?

Never had trouble :) How about yourself ?

Do you know who Rade Markovic is?

Yup, he is a friend of mine. Do you know him, too?

Do you still think "CE" is Chief Economist?

If you are using "CE" as an abbreviation for "Chief Economist", sure, it's up to you, as long as you explain what you are using it for.

Any other questions I can help you with, dear?

I wish that Serbian secret service would hunt down those that have committed atrocities against Serbian citizens and neutralize them in the same way Mossad did after Munich. Ceku, Thaci, Oric, and their entourages should see their makers in hell. The West has obviously been protecting those jerks while laughing in Serbia's face.
(Radovan, 11 February 2016 16:10)

They did though. They kill other Serbs in Belgrade. All the "old" friends know all the crimes and murders because they ordered and did it together. So Serbs kill the other Serbs in Belgrade. They are neutralizing other Serbs better than Mossad.
Now if the other secret services reciprocated there would be no Serb politician left living.

The farce and circus at the ICTY is transitioning from the laughable to the obscenely absurd.

Very similar to the secret testimony of Rade Markovic against Milosevic except Markovic screwed Del Ponte and the prosecution. He reversed his testimony during trial and all of a sudden the entire court proceeding was "closed camera"

One can only imagine what type of incarceration Rade Markovic is currently undergoing, this eventually cost the life of Milosevic by being prescribed the wrong medicine by the Hague Doctors.

Individuals that have been studying the details of the malfunctioning ICTY and the Seselj case know that this incident is based on the testimony of witness Nenad Jovic. One of the greatest revelations by this witness was that the OTP threatened him with prosecution if he did not testify against accused. To reiterate: The original accusation from this witness was intimidation BY the ICTY and OTP. (See Jovic testimony 6 July 2010). The recent indictments against Seselj's defense team are in fact an ICTY counter claim of witness intimidation. Most notably, the witness and the trial record only record the accusation of corruption against the OTP and ICTY. The farce and circus at the ICTY is transitioning from the laughable to the obscenely absurd.

I am attacking a Bannana Court for its incompetence and its manipulations of the rule of law -- which is of utmost importance in democratic civil society and upon which rest the liberties of the free world.

Bannana Court.

Bought and paid for.

12 years to convict?

Hahahahahahaha

The Nuremburg trials of the Nazi leadership took 11 months.... and here we have one guy for 12 years?!

If he's guilty, then convict him.

Take the request and toss it away.

They have no power to do anything.

From Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speedy_trial

Speedy trial is a human right under which it is asserted that a government prosecutor may not delay the trial of a criminal suspect arbitrarily and indefinitely. Otherwise, the power to impose such delays would allow prosecutors to effectively send anyone to jail for an arbitrary length of time. In jurisdictions with strong rule of law, the requirement of a "speedy trial" forces prosecutors to diligently build cases within a reasonable amount of time commensurate with the complexity and heinousness of the crimes of which suspects are accused.

This right is codified in fundamental legal documents in several jurisdictions, including:

Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights
Speedy Trial Clause of the United States Constitution

Bannana Court.

Don't answer when they call on the phone.

Don't open the door when they knock on it.

What are they going to do you? bomb you?

Tell you that they will now close chapter 22 until further notice?

Take away your IMF funding?

I doubt it.

Instead a high level convening will take place at the Security Council and some new procedures will be initiated.

Bannana Courts deserve to be challenged.

Taking 12 years to convict someone is a bannana court.

It's about time someone in the Serb gov't had the courage to speak out against the ICTY. Things have been a little better ever since ethnic Bosniak Muslim Rasim Ljajic took over responsibilities of directly dealing with the court. It's great that the Justice Minister is speaking out about this too.

The ICTY is pure filth. They have freed or not even prosecuted every single murderer of Serbian civilians during the 90s, effectively legalizing the murder and cleansing of people in the Balkans so long as they are Serbs.

And now they want more people that they couldn't wrongfully convict for crimes during the 90s because of "contempt". I thought you were a war crimes tribunal? I would never vote for the Radical Party, but I hold this court in contempt as well. And I am Serbian. So come extradite me.

Oh yes, how arrogant of the Hague to be a bit more explicit and diret after Serbia failed to arrest and extradite the three persons for more than 1(one!) year, wanted by the Hague for influencing, intimidating and bribing witnesses in the case against Seselj.

And now they 'protest'. Those Serbian politicians, you can only shake your head watching their behavior and attitude.

PS:

I am not defending Seselj.

Incompetence Supreme.

Indeed, sometimes I wished war criminals nowadays would be tried in the Nuremberg way, with that speed, that methods, and similar punishments and verdicts.

Yep, that would have saved us all a lot of trouble. You can say about the Nurnberg trials what you want but it opened the doors for reconciliation.

I'm sure we're impressed. Not.

It's noise, but I love to hear them squirm.

The Hague is just a wooden spoon designed to create discomfort.

If there's no noise, then it ain't working!

You know what I wish for? American criminals would be tried for crimes against humanity and joint criminal enterprises in Vietnam, Cambodia, Korea, Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Dresden, Hamburg, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Afganistan, Yugoslavia.
(Jugoslavija, 11 February 2016 18:14)

So sorry that your wishes won't be achieved . Unfortunately reality can't be made to adapt to the myths in your head, regardless of how hard that is tried.

Nice job! It looks like you managed to convince Amnesty Yugoslavia and viceversa. I guess it must be comforting to know that there is, at least, one other person that shares the myths in your head lol

Still having trouble reading the Hague Transcripts? Do you know who Rade Markovic is? Do you still think "CE" is Chief Economist?

If you are using "CE" as an abbreviation for "Chief Economist", sure, it's up to you, as long as you explain what you are using it for.

Any other questions I can help you with, dear?
