NGO: Some migrants could be kept in Serbia and Macedonia

The Wall was topped with barbed wire and only reached by crossing a mine field. German soldiers also manned watch towers and were ordered to shoot anyone who tried to climb over the Wall. The Wall was very effective, very few people crossed it. A similar Serbian border wall on the Macedonian and Bulgarian borders would be a low-tech solution to this nation threatening problem.
