Of course, that is true for any province lol

P.S. this "news story" sounds like a Serb trying to convince him/herself that Serbia is the master of the universe haha

P.S. Our resident Albanian Idiot, loves this ps business, attempts at being witty. Wit is only successful if you have a good grasp of the English language, which you do not since it’s a second language for you LOL.

Might want to attend more English remedial classes.

Be confused no more.
By not giving Kosovo region the right to made decisions they wanted, it recognizes that Serbia is in control not Pristina. A province cannot be higher or equal in status than the country it belongs to.

I guess you haven't read the resolution. In fact the same resolution actually asks from KOSOVO authorities to make decisions themselves in relation to corruption, integration of Kosovo Serbs on its institutions, normalization of relations with Serbia etc.
All of the points mentioned there are valid. The status "neutral" language of resolution has nothing to do with Serbia, but with unanimity of approval of 13 countries members of CoE which haven't recognized Kosovo (34 countries have recognized Kosovo's independence). Absence of such "disclaimer" would indirectly force these countries to sign a document - de facto recognizing Kosovo as independent. CoE as institution cannot force anyone to recognize or not independence of Kosovo, hence the language.
Sorry to burst your bubble.

Who did not give to Kosovo region the right to made decisions they wanted? And what is Serbia in control of?

I am kind of confused...if Kosovo is considered part of Serbia how come a resolution which is considered negative towards Kosovo is considered "favorable" to Serbia?
Did just Serbian officials recognized indirectly its independence?

Serbs are wasting time, they should know by now that EU is supportive of Kosovo regardless, and at all costs.

Serbia is doing excellent keeping Kosovo?

I have got to ask lol, what exactly is your definition of Keeping?

Last time I checked Serbia was forced out of Kosovo otherwise bombs raining over Serbia were not going to stop.

Secondly, it is the same EU that keeps on padding Serbia in her back, at the same time asking her to normalize relations with Pristina. Majority of EU members have recognized Kosovo. What exactly does serbia have left in Kosovo?

I would like you to explain it a bit more in details, but I doubt that you can argue these facts I have presented to you.
