Eh? where's the problem? One is the prime minister of the UN recognized country called Serbia, the other person is the self-proclaimed PM of the self-proclaimed country which is in fact a disputed territory and is called Kosovo.

A statement after the meeting said that Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic, Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa and herself took part in the talks "held in a very good atmosphere."
