Lets be honest, Serbia will never be a western country (thank god) and gay people will never be welcome
(IvanPN, 31 January 2016 13:19)

So, you will exterminate the Serbian people who happen to have a different sexual orientation compared to you?

Half the bloody EU parliament, council and union are gay. As long as Serbia wants to join they must protect 'them'. As soon as one is harmed Serbia can forget about being an EU prospect. If they don't get protected next year, and the march gets cancelled peace fully then maybe there is hope for future generations of serbs. Lets be honest, Serbia will never be a western country (thank god) and gay people will never be welcome, maybe in Belgrade they'll be tolerated, but Belgrade is not Serbia, its only a part of it. Bluntly, being gay in Serbia is like oil and water. Just like EU and the real Serbia.
What is definitely true is that a high voter turnout, vucic is going to lose. If your gay, you should really, really hope that vucic wins and wins for ever.
You've had your little march, now move to another country and let FAMILIES who can naturally (male and female) make children save what's left

*naturally includes IVF.

I don't hate gay people, but they don't exactly have an answer for mankind, exponential population decline?

Those 40 people represent another 40000 thousans gays/lesbians in serbia. So your estimate lowers exponentially

Wrong. The so-called "Gay Pride Parade" is an imposition from the NATO-west. It has nothing, absolutely nothing to do with the rights of homosexuals in Serbia or elsewhere. Gay Pride is part of a wider nation-destroying plan which has been successfully implemented in the west and is now being rolled out in eastern Europe. The western European have been so feminised that they can't now find enough real men to defend their women from rape on the streets of Europe. See this excellent interview http://russia-insider.com/en/rts-anissa-naouai-interviews-iben-thranholm/ri12471

A million Moslem "refugees" can conquer the once mighty Germany just by taking over the streets. NATO men dressed in mini skirts will be no match for them. If these "refugees" had tried to molest Serbian women, Serbian men would have pulled their heads off. That is why Serbia needs Gay Pride, they are too strong.

Even if we took the lower figure, considering there were about 40 marchers (most of them foreigners), that comes to €7,625 per person. Somehow, all this makes us more "European"?
(Zoran, 26 January 2016 15:49)

It doesn't, indeed. If no money had to be spent at all on security for such an event, then yes that would have made Serbia look more European...

The strength a true democracy is shown by its attitude to freedom of speech and the right to demonstrate. In that case it was money well spent.

Yes, a joke. Wrong calculation. You must divide the 300.000 EUR by the 1000 or so of Serbian hooligans, violent rioters and other nationalist criminals which are the only reason the security measures are needed for a peaceful march.

How much money do Serbian citizens pay to have riot police stop hooligans from acting stupid at football games every week? How much do citizens pay to fund a corrupt football league? How much did citizens pay for Ceca to play in Novi Sad last year? How much did it cost to host a military parade for Putin? How much has Belgrade On the Water cost citizens? There are many areas of wasteful spending in Serbia. Why not point them all out?
