There are authentic countries that were militarily weak and failed to withstand forces of external aggression. As a "moderate" how do you qualify the inhumane bombers of Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Grenada, Panama, Iraq, Libya Afgahnistan? Do "authentic" countries cold bloodily bomb and murder an entire Doctors without Borders Hospital and slay its wounded patients? Does a real War Crimes court in The Hague let such animals run amok with impunity? Are you suggesting that the assassination of Kennedy or Lincoln is sign of a dysfunctional junta?
Authentic countries or provinces do not require "Stabilisation".
Unstable, dysfunctional jurisdictions that need remedial attention are not considered countries or provinces. Ghetto may be a term for you to consider.

Authentic countries don't get bombed for 78 days. Authentic countries don't get sanctioned by the West. Authentic countries are not branded a pariah. Authentic countries do not have their president and generals on trial at the Hague. Authentic countries do not assassinate their president.

Ghetto - honestly when ever we feel we are in ghetto we close the border with Serbia and no border with Albania at all.
That option is if we are isolated - but this seems not to be the case Our land is slowly but firmly integrating and looks like this time EU realising and they behaving? Even these bankrupt ones like Grece and Roma-nia Spain and so etc... visa liberation Not need if they don't want us visa free - we will change our country to Albania ( no Kosovo will exist) so then we already traveling free from visa - but EU seems to understand that and is acting good.
I know it's hard for Serbs to see this but what can you do....nothing.
