Haha, this is funny... You want to assert that "The EU, the UN, and the world thinks differently" but leave it to others to find the evidence supporting your assertions. What a great idea! I would also love to be able to assert whatever I want and make it the duty of others to find the evidence supporting my assertions lol

Anyway, I did use this thing called the "Internet" and did not find any sort of factual information that supports your assertions :)

If Seselj is dragged back to the Hague by his balls, no one will notice. Mention KLA war crimes tribunal and Albanians need to be put in witness protection programs around the world to avoid being killed on orders fro, the indicted. Get with the times, bro.
(Donkey Hoxha, 25 January 2016 15:45)

Really? Then whats the fuss about Ivanovic?! Just another Serb Warcriminal from the 90ies. Meanwhile you should be used to it. Plus, I have never seen Kosovo Government making statetements to back up KLA Warcriminals or giving a state reception when they return let alone make a state affair out of it. But in the case of Ivanovic, there are protest, PM, VPM and President made a statement and your Government even wants to make Ivanovic a topic at Brussel talks. Why all the nation wide bitching? Get with the times, bro.

There's this thing called the "Internet", and on this magickal thing one can find all sort of factual information. Regarding your pathetic attempt at questioning the merits of KLA war crimes, you can find all sorts of documentation from the UN, the EU, various human rights groups, investigative journalism, and the actions of Kosovo's own government in voting for the tribunal as evidence. You'll have to read things that aren't published on radical nationalist Albanian news portals, so you may be in for a shock.

It's bad enough your points make no sense. Don't compound your idiocy by asking for information you know is out there and you can find yourself.

Dude, no one cares about him in Serbia anymore. He's last decade's news.

And "Captain Dragan" has been sent to croatia just recently.
(Gjon Marku, 24 January 2016 23:43)

Great! No one's protesting in the streets over him either.

See that's the difference between Serbs and Albanians. Serb war criminals are arrested and no one bats an eye. Albanian war criminals are arrested and mass protests follow with claims that "national heroes" are being persecuted by Greater Serbian extremism.

If Seselj is dragged back to the Hague by his balls, no one will notice. Mention KLA war crimes tribunal and Albanians need to be put in witness protection programs around the world to avoid being killed on orders fro, the indicted. Get with the times, bro.

@Donkey Hoxha:

What the heck is the matter with you?? Did you even bother to read my comments carefully?? I don't think you did.First of all just because I assumed the judge is an ethnic Albanian didn't mean I was certain that he or she was an ethnic Albanian, second that American judge you're referring to who imposed 30 or 60 days jail time for that defendant did so as a form of reprimand as far as I'm concerned (I doubt is was an official sentence on the judge's part),third I never said that Mr Ivanovic insulted the judge what I indicated is what if he insulted the judge and lastly what do you mean if I'm making stuff up for this article?? I'm doing nothing of the sort.

Sadly for your Albos even though Serbs were against the US in 1999, the west has more respect for a Serbian out house than a live Albanian otherwise your lot would not be breathing, eat or living in uranium contaminated soil in Kosova.
Still have not paid for a clean-up, have they? LOL.
The west killed more of your Albos in 1999 than the Serbs through indiscriminate bombing, but the west thinks they were only Albos and very dispensable.

Donkey Hoxha

pre 8 godina

so what I'm trying to get at is if suppose Oliver Ivanovic was upset at the judge (who I'm assuming is an ethnic Albanian)for whatever reason and resorts to uttering an anti-Albanian epithet or derogatory slur or name calls the judge in other ways and if the judge were to consequently place him in contempt of court would people regard this as just?
(resident of Fredericton,New Brunswick,Canada, 24 January 2016 18:58)

First of all, the judge wasn't Albanian, so you can throw the main part of your argument out the window. Second, the slur said in America got the person 30 - 60 days in jail. Ivanovic gets nine years. Nowhere in the article does it mention Ivanovic said anything derogatory, so there's another part of your argument that makes no sense. Third, Albanians, especially Albanian officials, are notorious for throwing out every insult, slur, and other inappropriate comment anyone's way when they're upset at something, so to think that Ivanovic got some sort of punishment because he got some Albanian judge angry is ludicrous. Did you have a point to make here or do you just type whatever comes to your mind?

Recently I stumbled upon a video clip courtesy of CNN on the internet where somewhere in United States a white suspect made a court appearance and in the same courtroom the judge who presided was an African-American and at some point the suspect addressed or called the judge a "punkass n**ger" as he exited the courtroom I believe so if I recall correctly the judge requested the suspect's attorney to bring him back into the courtroom and after speaking to the suspect the judge held him in contempt of court by imposing 30 or 60 days in jail as a form of penalty for the suspect so what I'm trying to get at is if suppose Oliver Ivanovic was upset at the judge (who I'm assuming is an ethnic Albanian)for whatever reason and resorts to uttering an anti-Albanian epithet or derogatory slur or name calls the judge in other ways and if the judge were to consequently place him in contempt of court would people regard this as just? If some people are okay with American judges who don't tolerate name calling nor obscenities being hurled against them than why it should be any different if an Albanian judge won't tolerate similarly disrespectful suspects (no matter what the suspect's nationality or ethnicity is).

Be attentive, rather than run your mouth needlessly, and you will see. There are outstanding warrants for arrest of many Serb war criminals still at large. After the Serb elections you will see many Serb war criminals lose their immunity and be arrested, as was Ivanovic.

Albanians will release him due to outside pressure only to ban him from entering Kosovo ever again. What alanians couldnt finish during the war and the following pogrom they will acheive by fabricating allegations of war crimes. Besides, threathening Europe to cancel negotiations because EU doesn't want to grant Kosovo visa liberation just shows how pathetic albanians are. All you're good at is making threats. Instead of doing what the EU requires. Then again you should get the hint that you are not wanted in Europe. Think no other people have a reputation like albanians. This I don’t know but what I do know is that on the Shqiptar side there are much bigger criminals and nobody arrests them for 16 years now. What I know is as soon as people on the peninsula start to understand one another or make an independent move the Yankees add fuel to the fire and the Shqiptars are their devoted chain dogs. What I do know is also the fact that in all those conflicts only Serbs acted in the interest of the then existing state of Yugoslavia. They defended the integrity of the state against Islamic and non-Islamic bandits. So if you judge Serbs you should be as strict to the bandits armed and instigated by the West. But today we have a Calvary of Hague where 80% of the sentenced are Serbs and 20% belong to 3 other participants of those wars the most cruel and illegal ones. As soon as Russia improves things in the ME and Ukraine it will return to the Balkans to make peace. At least because according to the scientists the cradle of the Russian R1a happlogroup is Serbia to be exact KiM …

So, in fact, the ruling says Ivanovic was wearing blue uniform and this must have been some kind of leader of the Serbian paramilitaries in Kosovo 1999, and thus must be seen as responsible for murders of Albanian civilians some Serb paramilitaries committed.

Great question, since that's what everyone was asking during this trial. It's a bit difficult to describe the who, why, what, where and when, when there's little to pin on him, especially after four others, including a member of Serbia's MUP were all acquitted. It's even more difficult to provide specifics when dozens of alleged witnesses to Ivanovic's activities gave conflicting stories, contradictory statements, and accounts of events that sounded like they were paid to frame him rather than recount definitive information.

This verdict reeks of politics where the only logical reason for the conviction of Kosovo's most moderate Serbian politician - and one who speaks Albanian and has the most developed ties to Kosovo's pre-1999 Albanian political leadership - is to remove him from the scene. Whether it suits Pristina's or Belgrade's interest more will be seen in whether or not Serbia seeks an appeal of the verdict.

I don't think he was the master-mind of the killings but I am sure he knows who are the real perpetrators but I doubt he is gonna rat them out. I mean at the end somebody killed the Albanians its not like they killed themselves right ?!
Somebody must be punished for this crime, I just hope they get the real criminals.

The EU, the UN, and the world thinks differently, buddy. Especially since a number of KLA "heroes" already sit in jails throughout Europe. But live in your own delusions. You're clearly a clueless bloke.

Yeah right! Just as the Russians stood by, with their finger up their ass, the side of the Serbs in 1999 and watched Serbia get bombed for 78 days.
(The Count of Kosova, 23 January 2016 22:12)

Sadly for your Albos even though Serbs were against the US in 1999, the west has more respect for a Serbian out house than a live Albanian otherwise your lot would not be breathing, eat or living in uranium contaminated soil in Kosova.
Still have not paid for a clean-up, have they? LOL.
The west killed more of your Albos in 1999 than the Serbs through indiscriminate bombing, but the west thinks they were only Albos and very dispensable.

Did you mean whether they would protest against the verdict or do they really have a legal right to appeal?
(ned taylor, 21 January 2016 20:38)

Yes. I didn't think this needed to be spelled out, but yes.

Please provide some evidence to back up your assertions. Or, are you going to behave like your Serb compadres sj, Ari Gold, rote and the rest of your pseudo-journalist crew who get away with making all sorts of preposterous claims without any documentation and are then permitted by B92. I'm afraid it is you who lives in the heavenly dream like state of Serbdom.

Got my popcorn ready and waiting to see who's going to be hauled off the Hague first :)
(Donkey Hoxha, 23 January 2016 18:57)

Well, next is Seselj. Cant wait to see the police drag him like a thrashbag. Oh and there are still 16 open warrants for Serb warcriminals from Interpol and another 4 have been sent to retrial in the Belgrad Chamber for Warcrimes. And "Captain Dragan" has been sent to croatia just recently. And the 3 suspects for warcrimes in Bosnia. Not to forget Borislav Paravac. Actually I could go on for quite some time, I hope you have enough popcorn to share with us because its going to be a long list. But still, this list should be much much longer.

Yeah, exactly, I'm not sure why people continue to being that up as if it were some sort of news! Russia is known to support Serbia with words, not actions...

@Donkey Hoxha:

Whether it suits Pristina's or Belgrade's interest more will be seen in whether or not Serbia seeks an appeal of the verdict.
(Balkan Anthropologist, 21 January 2016 14:54)

Serbia can not seek appeal just FYI!

He is would not bend to SNS so he was sacrificed as lubricant for KLS trials.

There's this thing called the "Internet", and on this magickal thing one can find all sort of factual information.
(The Idiot of Illyria, 25 January 2016 16:11)

Haha, this is funny... You want to assert that "The EU, the UN, and the world thinks differently" but leave it to others to find the evidence supporting your assertions. What a great idea! I would also love to be able to assert whatever I want and make it the duty of others to find the evidence supporting my assertions lol

Anyway, I did use this thing called the "Internet" and did not find any sort of factual information that supports your assertions :)
