Exactly ! But I have to explain to you something. In the current meaning of the word the Ottomans (Атаман) appeared only in 1453 so on Kosovo Field the red flag must mean something else. To understand it you have to look at the medieval pictures of the Kulikovo Pole Battle of 1380.

Please note that Dmitry Donskoy always have the RED FLAG where sometimes Jesus is painted. In Russia Image of Edessa is known as СПАС НЕРУКОТВОРНЫЙ and painted always on red flags like you can see in Donbass today.
