It's the dialect of the language once called Serbo-Croatian spoken throughout most regions in Croatia. Similar to Serbian, the dialect of Serbo-Croatian language spoken in major parts of Serbia.

As i know the EU have open the doors ( or better say the legs in big size ) to all the refugees between Turkey - Greece, Fyrom - Serbia, so what have to do Albania with that?
