There seems to be a delusion that Bosnia would work if only the Serbs could be subdued and it would be one happy family, but the Croat numbers is reducing as the Bosniaks are pushing them out of Bosnia.
The west poured money into the Federation just like it did in Croatia and Slovenia to show the Serbs that living in a democracy brings great rewards, but that was until the big bang occurred in 2008. Today you hear in both Croatia and Slovenia people claiming they lived better in the old Yugoslavia.
The Slovenes are open about that while the Croats only whisper that “we did not need this, we all lived better before”. During demonstrations of late 2014 in Ljubljana, labour Unions and people demanded that the politicians like Milan Kucan explain to them where was that better life they were promised on leaving the old Yugoslavia. Too late lads you were conned and Milan lives in luxury in Germany.
Bosnia is and always will be a lame duck country supported by the west. Bosnia as it stands suits Moscow to a tee.

To Adam,
Who is Vucic?,to tell him to give up plan.Putin, Russia are the one's in giving the green light( support) that are required. I would be surprise that in the near future, Russia have a military base in Banja Luka, called PutinIron ,not Bondsteel.

As soon as something is not written in the plans of the NATO elites any referendum becomes a problem. What else is a democracy then?
