Ofcourse NOT - at least this Sheshel puppy (Vucic) is saying openly he hasn't got money to buy the soviet left overs SA called "air defence missiles" from Russia?
In that case Kosovo will hav it's own air defence system already in only need installing. Bond still'? No need this at all - money and budget should be spreader to poor rural areas - people living in massive poverty in Serbia.
