U.S. action star Seagal granted Serbian citizenship

American actor and musician Steven Seagal has been granted Serbian citizenship, Belgrade media have said.

He is welcome to be Serbian citizen. Anyone should be honored to be citizen of beautiful country like Serbia. He looks Serbian too! :)

Eh? What's that? Some kind of bizarre honorable citizenship, or does Seagal really have special bounds to Serbia, like having real estate or at least spending his time there for more than some holiday/working trips?
