"Unsolved crimes cast shadow over Christmas joy in Kosovo"

Serbian Labor Minister Aleksandar Vulin wished a happy Christmas to all Orthodox believers on Friday while in Pec, a town in Kosovo.

Vulin speaking of unsold crimes sounds rather cynical considering that Serbia so far has failed to deliver Seselj and 16 more Interpol Red Notice. Bytyqi case is still not solved, thousends of missing bodies, no prosecutions for the massacre in Gjakova and many other documented massacres... I could go on forever.
