The only dial code that Albanians require is "666" which they will easily qualify for.

You act as if Serbia was alone at the Brussel agreements and blackmailed pristina.
EU representatives, Serbia and Kosovo representatives were present and noone forced pristina to sign anything.
Stop whining and grow up.

Riiiight. Because if they can't get their own country code, the international community will let them use the one from Albania. In a way it makes sense since 2/3 of Kosovo's Albanians came from Albania 60 years ago so they should remember the old number, but sorry, you're just going to have to do what the civilized world wants you to do. If at first you don't succeed, Greater Albania is never the answer. Derp :)

Hell, all that is needed is some poles & wiring! The 2 million majority citizens will gladly approve this measure in a national referendum!!!
