Austria has not applied for a telephone dial code for Kosovo, Koha Ditore, an Albanian language daily published in Pristina, is reporting.

"Neither the EU nor the Austrian embassy wished to speak about this process, while the government said they received guarantees from Brussels there would be no delays."

Oh well, the EU received guarantees from Kosovo that there would be no delays in implementing the agreements it signed, and we saw how well it worked. An eye for an eye?
