The only thing that happened is that in July 2015, Russia vetoed in the UNSC the proposal to condemn the Srebrenica massacre as an act of genocide - something that the ICTY and ICJ already ruled. And here, Mr Moron Dacic talks about the 'collective branding of Serbian people'. Serbia really got the politicians it deserves - together with the propaganda it needs, obviously.
