Call me controversial but this seems like a waste of money. Ask Brazilians. Why not build some factories so people can have long-term jobs and will be able to afford tickets for the stadium and water park?

Previously, Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic promised the state would secure "150 million in three years' time" in order to build a new stadium in Belgrade that would be "the best in the region, and beyond." That is peanuts for Serbia Lol. When foolish Serbia built two buildings in criminally occupied Banya Luka for 450 million burrowed Euros for Dodo.

Why not rent out Great Leader's Stadium of Felcsút?
Than extend the Felcsút narrow gauge train line to Belgrade, Tokyo and New York.

And connect the Waterfront buildings directly to the new train station.
