The KLA committed terrorist acts for over a decade in the 90s against innocent Serbs and they are still continuing today... there would be literally thousands of KLA which committed war crimes against Serbs... They are criminals and criminals do not deserve amnesty for their islamist terrorists crimes against the innocent Serb population in Kosovo... I demand all KLA soldiers to be arrested, taken to The Hague and sentenced to long prison terms for their barbaric acts...

Just because the small child was serbian, the KLA killed them, they attacked Serbian children, how could this happen, the child does not know the reason why these men are that angry, with red faces, furious at the child because they are Serb... This is evil my friends, this is terrorism and the KLA are all terrorists, not one of them fights for freedom, they fight for Allah just as ISIS is supposedly doing...!

Just as a country needs many years to prepare for the Olympic games, to build all the infrastructure, so to does The Hague need many years to build enough prisons for the KLA terrorists before the trials begin... Pristina should not be the judge, pristina judges work for the KLA and there would be no justice for the victims... These terrorists KLA must be brought to justice, even the foreign fighters which helped them kill Serbian children... Let justice be served...

Remember, this is a war crimes court that was strongly pressured by the international community on pain of being imposed if it were not accepted, and this was a tribunal everyone in Kosovo's Albanian leadership widely condemned as a smear campaign against the KLA's image and its heavily revisionistic narrative of the 1990s. Albanian nationalists hate this tribunal as much as any Serb thinks the ICTY is a kangaroo court. Thaci even went so far as to threaten to sue Dick Marty for insulting Albanian-ness, whatever that means.

Tell you what: if the tribunal works without a single tear gas canister going off to prevent a trial from taking place, if witnesses are allowed to testify without being intimidated - or killed - and if high profile figures actually are convicted and elements of the PDK and AAK are dismantled, I'll eat my words. But I'm pretty sure the location will change on account of too many protests, tear gas canisters, and other forms of disruptive protests we've already seen from people determined to prevent internationally-brokered minority rights to Serbs, so you'll understand if I laugh at your argument of self-reflection and accountability.

B92, the title of the news story is factually incorrect. This is not a Court about KLA crimes. If you were to check the Law that establishes the Court, you would have seen that it is a court about war crimes committed in Kosovo between 1998 and 2000, regardless of who committed them.

If the prosecution indicts a person who was not a KLA member for committing a war crime in Kosovo in 1998-2000, the Court will not acquit that person just because that person was not a KLA member!

Anyway, if your goal is to make some Serbs feel better, by all means feel free to continue disinforming them that this is a Court about KLA crimes... Some people get spiritual pleasure from hearing what they want to hear lol
