Actually the lesson to learn here in treating ISIS is that you cannot follow the same game plan as for dealing with the Serbian terrorist. In order to get rid of a nasty weed you have to dig out and kill the roots. If you let any to survive then it just grows and becomes a problem again.
The air strikes do not work, they have to use ground forces and they must not take any prisoners. They have to be destroyed. Just as the terrorist OSOS today speaks of furthering their agenda and the seeds of Serbian terrorism has spread to foreign lands, so is the ISIS.

Montenegro is on the Adriatic Coast and Serbia sent all its tallest citizens to Montenegro (men and women) to defend it from any potential invaders, any invaders would be met by a very tall and strong serbian army and the invaders would be demoralised and scared to fight such tall strong people, it was mainly psychological warfare... Anyway, over the years the tall people which were sent to Montenegro started Having babies and you know what happens when tall men and women start having babies, well they produce more tall people, so this is why they are tall as the theory goes...
