With your line of reasoning how soon can we expect the US to exit the UN sec council?
(Polar, 9 December 2015 13:49)

Never, because I did not make such a line of reasoning :)
----------

That Syrian affair caused them to make a lot of similar comments as the Russians in relation to the ICTY, yet the US still keep sending their rep to the meetings.

Door number 3.....
(Polar, 9 December 2015 13:49)

Ah, ok... got it. Your option (3) is that Russia is all words and no action. I can agree with you on that...

Shame......
(Polar, 8 December 2015 14:07)
Of course Russia has never recalled its judge from this trubunal either has it?
There is a lot of rhetoric out there but the truth is that both Russia and China supported the opening of the ICTY, I have not heard criticisms from China and the current VP of the chambers is a Chinese judge.
Russian rhetoric against anything that the west is supporting is to be expected.
The irony here is though that it is Serbia that claims ONLY the UNSC can decide these matters or appoint a court.
But I agree with the ineffectiveness of the court, they allowed Seselj to manipulate for more than a decade and delay justice that is a shame. They convicted this general of war crimes including murder and today he ia a free man, that is another shame. So it is not ONLY Serbia who should be ashamed in this situation. There is no justice in convicted war criminals being able to walk the streets in which they massacred many.

Or door number 3, the one which Russia has criticised the work of the ICTY as shameful, careless and even selective justice for the overturning of Croatian and Albanian convictions. They even wanted the end of the ICTY farce.
(Polar, 8 December 2015 14:07)

Sure, but "criticising" is just words to make Serbia feel better. I totally agree that Russia is certainly Serbia's strongest supporter with words, because the words cost nothing and Serbs can be cheaply bought. But when it comes to actions, i.e. Russia approving all the ICTY "shameful" judges, we go back to the two options: either (1) Czar Vlade is an enemy of Serbdom or (2) that Czar Vlade is an idiot to fall so many times in 15 years for UN's impartial justice. Up to you to pick (1) or (2)!
----------

Shame......

Make sure that Czar Vlade feels the shame and takes some action!

So what your left with is, Russians naively believing justice for all would lead to reconciliation, but realising that wasn't the goal of their partners for a new world.

Yes dear Vlad was a wee bit gullible falling for Western "impartial justice for all" which turned to be justice only against Serbs. Vlad also fell for the Lybian no fly zone from the same honest Indjin western partners. Now Vlad is in Syria messing what was to be the Ultimate US wet dream.

Yeah, sure, but Czar Vlade has controlled Russia, directly or indirectly, for 15 years mate and has approved those ICTY judges many times, certainly more than thrice... so you are effectively saying that either (1) Czar Vlade is an enemy of Serbdom or (2) that Czar Vlade is an idiot to fall so many times in 15 years for UN's impartial justice. My heart goes out to the poor Serbian people here who cannot spread their agenda of hate without negative commentaries, or someone pointing out the truth. I am sure there must be a site out there you can celebrate your deeds of gang rapes, murder of innocent children and the bloodthirsty ruthlessly brutal attempt to control all of Yugoslavia, and expel all who oppose or would not bow down to you. But then again if you were not on here trying to spread the hate, there would never be a reason for someone to contradict you. Notice when you sing praise of Djokovic no one trashes you, but wait most of you don't even comment on the good things do you?

You call this "your" site, hint: If it were your site, since the moderators have complete editorial control, there would be none of the comments you do not like.
Maybe it is you who should seek out a propagandist, racist, blog somewhere to trash all nonSerbs in peace. Most hate groups have them.

Serbs have long believed that the West decided to spend hundreds of millions of dollars to set up this court simply to teach them a lesson and punish them for Milosevic's 'aggression'.
(ned taylor, 6 December 2015 15:17)

Motivations aside, one thing is a fact (according to the UN)... The Court in questions was PROPOSED by Russia, approved by Russia with all judges approved by Russia (even more than once for some) under both Yeltsin and Putin, among others. So, if Russia wanted to teach Serbs a lesson and punish them, Serbs are more than welcome to complain to Russia about that. I'm sure Czar Vlade will do something...
----------

ICTY had a clear motive to award aggression against Serbian civilians, and then make up whatever was necessary to convict Serbs who participated in the war.
(Ari Gold, 4 December 2015 19:11)

Yeah, sure, that sounds totally rational... ICTY woke up one morning, had nothing to do and said why not go and throw some Serbs in jail lol How do you come up with the garbage you write mate ?!

. Serbia is becoming a serious player with Chairmanship of the UNSC and Presidency of OSCE in recent years. It would be sensible not to set the country back by seeming to welcome those found guilty of the most serious offences, whatever the private views of the PM/President about the legitimacy of the ICTY.
---------------------------------------------
Wow, so in your opinion one has to go along with corruption in order to appear law abiding?
It is noble to stand up to corruption and if one truly believes that Hague court is a political and corrupt court they one has to say it whether it makes them look like the bad guys or not. Doing the right thing isn't easy but if you have a healthy sense of right then you have to back that.
You said it yourself Ned, too many non Serbs were set free even though evidence was there and too many Serbs have been convicted or died there on flimsy evidence. A court is not supposed to rule on what looks bad for someone like people around the accused saying bad things but on evidence. So knowing that guilty were set free and others were convinced on less evidence what would you co9nclude about Hague and giving it any notice? Serbia has to back their own at least now or history will condemn her.

ned taylor

pre 8 godina

This depends on your definition of the word 'hero' and your view of the Hague Tribunal. Serbs have long believed that the West decided to spend hundreds of millions of dollars to set up this court simply to teach them a lesson and punish them for Milosevic's 'aggression'. If you think that, nothing anyone says is going to change your mind. From the outside, it certainly looks as if the Serb generals have had the shitty end of the stick, but then when you hitch your wagon to someone like Slobo that's a chance you take. Others would say that the Serbs were so arrogant that they did nothing to hide the evidence and in the cases of Karadzic and Mladic they went on TV and boasted of the violence that they intended to bring down upon the heads of their enemies. Seselj's 'rusty spoon' comments certainly didn't help his cause. A legitimate criticism would be that many non-Serbs seemed to have been acquitted when there was a body of evidence pointing to the opposite verdict being more appropriate. Personally, were I to be a leading politician in a Balkan country, I would leave it to the people to judge how they wish to treat convicted war criminals and keep my thoughts to myself. Serbia is becoming a serious player with Chairmanship of the UNSC and Presidency of OSCE in recent years. It would be sensible not to set the country back by seeming to welcome those found guilty of the most serious offences, whatever the private views of the PM/President about the legitimacy of the ICTY.

5/ Chaldea is the Slav cult of Коляда still alive in Russia and the Balkans. It is not a pagan tradition but a Christian connected with the birth of Christ.

http://chronologia.org/car_slav/im/z6-002.jpg
http://chronologia.org/car_slav/06.html

6/ Naturally Chaldea spoke Slovenski because they were Slavs. Slovenski was literature Slavic language spread all over the empire. In Russia it was called old Serbian or Bulgar. Slovenski is closer to the languages that southern Slavs speak.

7/ Because almost all the continents were colonized by the end of 16 century in all parts of the world Slav Cossacks were present. Later they assimilated marrying local women and became Persians, Araba, Berbers, Afghans, Indians, Chinese, Japanese, Americans, Brits, French ect.

8/ in 14-18 centuries Slavs totally controlled the ME region including Syria, Hidjaz and Egypt. In Europe they were called Mameluks among whom the Caucasians and the Balkan peoples played big roles. Word Cherkess not necessarily means the Caucasians but also the local Rus Cossacks.

9/ Навуходоносор is a reflection of the Russian Tsar Ivan IV Vasilievich Grozny and his fake shade Ivan III Vasilievich Grozny. In the Bible (Исфирь) you will find a detailed story of the Smuta times of 1563-84 in Russia. Only names and places are different. But best if you read Fomenko.

Rote Kapela answer me how the ancient Chaldeans spoke Croatian. Like the title of their Emperor Nebukadnezzar that God mentions in his word. As being the golden empire all other Empires as inferior coming after silver, bronze etc. Until today a new empire is arising of Steal and clay. Conglomeration of all other Empires more wicked then any other that God calls it a horrendous Beast and mens heart failing because of its cruel wickedness. Meaning of Nebukadnezzar> Nebu-havens kad-when nez-without zar-king of kings. Also his top official and spokesman Nebudanzar> Nebu-heavans dan-day zar-king of kings. They used Nebu and Neba depending which heaven or heavens they were addressing and getting their rite to rule. From the true King of kings Isus - Jesus. Another thing Chaldeans today are Roman Catholics but I personally don't prescribe to Roman Catholicism that God calls a harlot he will destroy.

Lenard : “Lazarevic is welcomed by Serbian army chief …”

Lenard here’s the Pink Floyd’s special for people like Lazarevic :

And did they get you to trade
Your heroes for ghosts,
Hot ashes for trees,
Hot air for a cool breeze,
Cold comfort for change
And did you exchange
A walk on part in the war
For a lead role in a cage?

http://yandex.ru/video/search?text=pink%20floyd%20wish%20you%20were%20here&redircnt=1449310531.1

And here’s another question for you. Hopefully this time you won’t avoid answering. The question is how came that peoples in India and both Americas plus the Philippines were all called Indians while in Sevilla they still have their famous Archivo General de Indias ?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_Archive_of_the_Indies

To help you I can say that in old Russian (Slovenski) word INDE meant THERE or SOMEWHERE THERE and was used to mark faraway lands. Read Mauro Orbini and Afanasy Nikitin !

The general is a convicted war criminal. Any politician who decides to associate with that acquires the poison of the conviction.

Unfortunately, Serbia had too many fighters who disregarded the internationally agreed rules of warfare and chose to fight with dishonour.

This general could have done something about that, but didn't.

Vulin associates with wrong doing - he should be sacked.

I Nevveeer dream of using a Albo,Croatnut or Mussi Site.!

Nothing to learn on those sites except BS.
They come here on our site to provoke us and not let us read news and comment in peace. We don't bother them on their sites because we have self worth and know they are not worth our time.
(Peggy, 6 December 2015 23:28)

Or door number 3, the one which Russia has criticised the work of the ICTY as shameful, careless and even selective justice for the overturning of Croatian and Albanian convictions. They even wanted the end of the ICTY farce. So what your left with is, Russians naively believing justice for all would lead to reconciliation, but realising that wasn't the goal of their partners for a new world.

Shame......

----------

It is easiest to judge the convicted Serbs innocent when observing the rest who were let go or never made it trial at all.
(Paul, 4 December 2015 22:03)

Each trial is decided on its own merits and facts. How would you feel if you were to be accused of something and the judge decided your case not based on the facts presented on your trial, but based on the outcome of some other trial?!!!

The saying goes fool me once shame on you, fool twice shame on me, thrice, aint gonna happen.

Up to you to pick (1) or (2)!

too many non Serbs were set free even though evidence was there and too many Serbs have been convicted or died there on flimsy evidence.
(Peggy, 6 December 2015 23:03)

Well, according to the UN, the above is not correct. So, let me guess, whom should we believe, the UN or a certain "Peggy"?!

Amazing

No, he's finally a free man because he served his sentence after being convicted for committing war crimes.

With your line of reasoning how soon can we expect the US to exit the UN sec council? That Syrian affair caused them to make a lot of similar comments as the Russians in relation to the ICTY, yet the US still keep sending their rep to the meetings.

Door number 3.....

Ah, ok... got it. Your option (3) is that Russia is all words and no action. I can agree with you on that...
