A lot of comments in here about the Hague, being a joke, or Kangaroo court.
Hard to tell if this is a forum or just rambling of convicted criminals almost anywhere in the world who are asked to comment on the courts that convicted them. No criminal thinks their court system was fair and just.
Helps to understand the comments and who is saying them doesn't it?
Hopefully their mandate will get an extension so that more convictions can take place and more victims of Serbian brutality can receive justice.

You can pick any court - be it of Moscow District, California, Pest Megye, common civil of criminal Tribunal of Strasbourg or, say, any Verwaltungsgericht in Germany... this is OK.
Unfortunately no matter, what real-life and respected court you name, that Hague Tribunal cannot be compared. You (and I) may disagree with any of above - but they at least keep the due process more-less correct way.

This is a test for Serbia. If it hands over its citizens to an arbitrary organisataion that has no legal standing, then it would completely abdicate its role as a government of an independent state. Serbia would become a 100% vassal state.

Srebrenica is a JOKE. The drunks on the so called international court are made up of the scrapings off the bottom of legal barrels who are so incompetent they can’t serve on traffic courts in their own countries.
The International criminal court is investigating Assad for war crimes, but it’s funny how they are not doing the same after that hospital was bombed by the US in Afghanistan. I wound why? Did the US do it democratically?

In the 90s the good name of Serbia was spoilt by Milosevic's sponsorship of people whose terrible behaviours in the war in Bosnia disgusted the world. The killings and ethnic cleansings were dishonourable under the agreed rules of warfare.
The Hague court has been too bureaucratic and too slow, but the fundamental idea of holding war crimes to account is good and has also since been applied elsewhere.
There must not be impunity for those who do as was done during the nasty civil war that accompanied the factional disintegration of Yugoslavia. Thugs need to be whipped into line if necessary.
Given the timing and lack of earlier disclosure I think this is not enough.
Every 10th Serb has to be arrested, crucified, beheaded, impaled and quartered.
Than sent to Hague, with all his belongings, pet dog (or cat, depending on) and the first-born male child, in that order.
If there is no male child, than the male child of the neighbor and the neighbor has to be sent to Hague (but only after being crucified, beheaded, impaled and quartered).
The cat (and the dog), too, has to be crucified, beheaded, impaled and quartered.
A large statue of Kangaroo God has to be erected in front of Hague Tribunal.
All the dead ( crucified, beheaded, impaled and quartered ) bodies have to be presented to the bloodthirsty Kangaroo Good of Court.

Yes, Bob - the problem is with the due process, rules of evidence and other things.
As a guideline why not look at the California Rules of Court?
According these rules (and no, it's not Moscow district Court, it's of California) the Hague Tribunal is a kangaroo court.
I am sorry, as bad as the guy (be his name Hitler or Pol Pot), he has to be tried according some reasonable court rules. You can pick any court - be it of Moscow District, California, Pest Megye, common civil of criminal Tribunal of Strasbourg or, say, any Verwaltungsgericht in Germany... this is OK.
Unfortunately no matter, what real-life and respected court you name, that Hague Tribunal cannot be compared. You (and I) may disagree with any of above - but they at least keep the due process more-less correct way.
The Hague Tribunal won't stand against scrutiny of bunch of freshmen law students (from any respected country, that is, not talking about Saudi Arabia).
It's not about Hitler or Pol Pot being guilty or not. It's about if Hitler or Pol Pot would be tried by these kangaroo-servatns in Hague. Than I would say: "free Hitler or Pol Pot and give them a proper trial".
There is no doubt, informed english speaking commenters making the apology of Slobo's terror on this platform are themselves (or no better than) war criminals / rapists with blood in their hands that managed to successfully leave Serbia in time and gain political asylum in countries like Australia New Zealand and know are salivating again for the war to return back to the balkans and bring some excitement to their failed miserable lives.
Once a war criminal, always a war criminal.

The idea that 15 years ago adult serbs descended in Kosovo killing males indiscriminately and raping / gang raping innocent woman and girls makes me throw up and sick to my bone.
I would be ashamed to be Serb and spend my days praying for my/their sins and asking the Lord for forgiveness and redemption.
How low can the human race go? Raping little young girls.
Let that abominable crime sink in for a moment in your mind, and try to imagine that happening to your daughter or people you know.
Know the truth, serbs committed the most appalling savage crimes in the Balkans. The path to salvation is by asking for forgiveness not through denial. Lord is great!

A lot of comments in here about the Hague, being a joke, or Kangaroo court.
Hard to tell if this is a forum or just rambling of convicted criminals almost anywhere in the world who are asked to comment on the courts that convicted them. No criminal thinks their court system was fair and just.
Helps to understand the comments and who is saying them doesn't it?
Hopefully their mandate will get an extension so that more convictions can take place and more victims of Serbian brutality can receive justice.
