"Serbia has been strong, constructive OSCE leader"

OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier said in Belgrade after meeting with OSCE Chairperson Ivica Dacic that Serbia had been a strong and constructive leader.

Get your facts straight , umber one exporter is Serbia at 67Million. To the other Albanians, 70% of Montenegro population is against joining NATO.

They were fairly well behaved, however, I think that Dacic used his office to create situations to pursue a Serbian agenda, such as visiting a state as an OSCE official and then while there making statements about Kosovo from a Serbian POV,

I'm not sure if Ukraine agrees with you, considering the fact that you have supported Russia. Crimea taken away from Ukraine, you have yet to condemn Russia's actions.
I think you have failed as the head of a organization that is supposed to solve problems.
