Who cares if the 20 didn't want. They are Albanian lovers. Vucic is a great and educated man and great spokesperson for Serbia. He doesn't need Montenegro to succeed. Montenegro is the loser and trust me I am a descendant of Montenegrins and the true Montenegrin considers himself Serb before a black mountain any day.

Why such an incompentent as Vucic would be accepted ?

Serbia => a totaly incompentent gipsy president called Tomislav Nikolic that he don`t know his own name even if hold the identify card in hand and a big and tall weak prime minister

All countries from Europe have more big economical grow up than Serbia in 2015

Nikolic is an honorary citizen.... but why not Vucic...?

There is always a reason why people voted against Vucic from becoming an honorary citizen... I don't know the reason, but we can guess through our political analysis as to why this may be the case...

First of all, There may be a western inspired campaign against Vucic as he is staunchly pro-Serb, when he should in fact be pro-EU according to the West... as we witnessed in Ukraine, there was a coup inspired by the West and a pro-EU president was installed... Serbia is in a similar situation, Vucic is focusing on Serbia becoming an EU member, but he is still very pro-Serb and is not giving up on Kosovo.... This is a big no no according to the EU and Vucic is making their job more difficult then it should be...

So if Vucic was made an honorary citizen and some news came out suggesting Vucic is a bad guy, maybe some kind of a scandal or something like that, then this may make montenegro look bad, it may make montenegro look pro-Serb because it has made Nikolic and Vucic honorary citizens.... So montenegro may want to limit the Number of Serb politicians as honorary citizens to make it look more independent and not so pro-Serb...

Whatever the reason is, it was obviously discussed and there is no doubt that Vucic knows the reason, it is obviously political and we may or may not find out why these representatives of Montenegro voted against Vucic...
