Can't blame this one on Belgrade. Albos and bosnas had illusions that once Milosevic was gone than Allah would give them rainbows and lemons. I have to agree with VV-Vetvendosje, no country on this planet earth allows a fraction of minority, to dictate what goes on in a country where majority dominates by well over 90%. Bosnia has had her share of issues because they allowed Serbs to have more powers than they deserve, and even western hemisphere has noticed they made a mistake. However, this will not happen in Kosova, because we have caught up to this problem before anything has taken place. Albanians in Serbia have absolutely no rights, they cannot even get Albanian books transported to areas where Albanian majority dominates.
Serbs in Kosova, have their own schools, no one regulates their education system, for all we know they could be preaching hate to these young Serbian Kosovars.
I think the double standard favors are over for Serbs in Kosova, if they want to rule and dominate so badly, then kindly walk your way back to Serbia.
Look at the situation in Ukraine couple of years ago, their pro-Russian leader almost handed Ukraine to Putin. What did the people do in Ukraine? Protested until they got rid of their cancer, and ousted to Russia. The same fate awaits out current leaders, make no mistake about it, we are not willing to step back, this is not where we turn back and call it a day. No sir, this will get fixed once and for all. If RS thinks they can have a referendum, then I say we should have one to unify with Albania. We too have every card possible to play, I hope Serbs realize it in RS.

Finally. I hope Kurti will stay in custody at least as long as Ivanovic - though I don't have much hope, KPS will set him free as soon as some of his rioting hooligan supporters appear in front of the police station.

P.S: They should have arrested the criminal Limaj as well. You know, this person who was accused of war crimes, and where the main witness who wanted to testified against him was found dead, miraculously so he could be freed of all charges.

Makes a lot of sense. Only confirms my opinion that this 'multi-ethnic, democratic' Kosovo is a stillborn, created by western powers who, like little kids, believed in the illusion that such a state is possible.

It would have saved a lot of money, time and trouble for everyone (including western Europe) if they would have split Kosovo immediately, letting the northern part stay within Serbia, giving the southern part to Albania, and creating a special status and international protection for the enclaves and holy places who are endangered even nowadays.

It bothers me only that way that your Kosovo Albanian mates turned Kosovo into Europe's main drug hub and a hotbed of criminality, exported to whole Europe. Kurti and the self determination group has never been about an independent Kosovo, it was to free Kosovo from Serbia to join Albania, where they think it should have been. He is totally against the western backed independence, so no Kosovo flags should not be a surprise.
I have to wonder your ideas on justice. You say they should have arrested Limaj because the main witness against him was found dead.
Now are you saying that anyone accused should be arrested even if there is no proof? Or are you inferring because this witness died(I am not familiar with it) so he had to be responsible so he should be arrested, again without proof. Or is it simply because he is an Albanian and was accused so he must be guilty? I am pretty sure it is number 3.
If the only thing standing between him and a guilty verdict was one witness does not sound like they had a solid case to start with.

Actually, any government can back out of any agreement at anytime for any reason. There are consequences and there were incentives on the table. So failure would be loss of the incentives (maybe?). And it is up to the provider of the incentives as to what damage is done and what it takes to either change the agreement so it is acceptable or force them back to the table, etc.
Now considering that most of the providers of the incentives in this case were on the side of Kosovo in the UNESCO bid ?
Have you seen any condemnation of Kosovo, by the leaders (not rogue politicians) for their suspension and delay of the agreement.
If not all of agreement is not implemented on the Kosovo side, and not all of it is implemented on the Serbian side, who do you think will suffer the most. If you remember Kosovo has been under pressure from the west to act in certain ways and have been advised each step of the way. Apparently the west see the UNESCO as a betrayal or you would see more from them.
You have a panel with international judges, overlooking this case and testing to see if it is in line with an internationally orchestrated constitution. This is bigger than Serbian tantrums, so sit in the corner and be quiet and await its fate.

According to the AI the west has unlimited funding and that’s good thing for Albanians who will reap the rewards when the west paves Pristina’s streets with 24 carat gold bricks LOL. We all await that day with bated breath.
The AI lives in another world or planet might be a better term or maybe it has not read a newspaper since 1999. Maybe the AI can come up to speed to reality land. It well know except to the AI that the EU funds the police, judiciary (and boy are they an eclectic group made of goat herders and camel jockeys that can barely sign their names) administration and a limited level of social security.
All this is a result of reading for that famous Albanian textbook that covers Alchemy and raising money trees. Perhaps the AI should have studied something else other than goat rearing and sheep dipping.

Actually, any government can back out of any agreement at anytime for any reason. There are consequences and there were incentives on the table. So failure would be loss of the incentives (maybe?). And it is up to the provider of the incentives as to what damage is done and what it takes to either change the agreement so it is acceptable or force them back to the table, etc.
Now considering that most of the providers of the incentives in this case were on the side of Kosovo in the UNESCO bid ?
Have you seen any condemnation of Kosovo, by the leaders (not rogue politicians) for their suspension and delay of the agreement.
If not all of agreement is not implemented on the Kosovo side, and not all of it is implemented on the Serbian side, who do you think will suffer the most. If you remember Kosovo has been under pressure from the west to act in certain ways and have been advised each step of the way. Apparently the west see the UNESCO as a betrayal or you would see more from them.
You have a panel with international judges, overlooking this case and testing to see if it is in line with an internationally orchestrated constitution. This is bigger than Serbian tantrums, so sit in the corner and be quiet and await its fate.

I agree and support Albin Kurti. What he's saying is just the truth – he love his country.
Is a lie to believe that we must live with Serbs – we can’t. This is the truth!
So is better to suffer a little now and resolve the problem, if not – soon or latter the “same history” will be repeated again.

Always remember that all the west has to do is stop funding Kosovo and your dead.

Don’t kid yourself that Kosovo is a country since the EU runs it lock, stock and barrel. All institutions are controlled by the EU and if Brussels tell you to jump, Pristina asks how high?

That's great news for Kosovo that finally even the CE of B92 forums sj ruled that the EU controls Kosovo, not Serbia. That means that Kosovo has achieved its goal of being independent from Serbia and the CE of B92 forums sj has put his/her seal on that.
