Compare the sentence he received and the sentence the Serbians received who killed the French soccer fan a few years ago, Also what about the who beat up and killed an American while there as a student and had his passport taken in return for his release to stand trial and the Serbian embassy gave him a new passport and flew him out of the country. 1. The UN has determined beyond reasonable doubt that some members of the VRS committed genocide in Srebrenica in July 1995. But it's not Serbia that is guilty of genocide - most Serbs are not criminals. 2. There is no Russian veto blocking a decision that what happened in Srebrenica was genocide. The UN has already made that determination. It is not the number of people killed, but the INTENT associated with the killing that determines whether an act was genocide or not. It's really amazing how people like you can be so easily brainwashed in the 21st century, when it takes only a few seconds for somebody to check the definition of the crime of genocide to see that the killing has to be made with the INTENT to destroy in whole or in part an ethic group (among other types of groups).

The problem with the AI, like most Albanians and their US allies, is their very poor literacy levels. The fact that the US killed hundreds of thousands in Iraq, well that was democratic killing where else it would be unlawful. The judges sitting on the International court are the scraping of the bottom of political barrels.
This same august institution is investigating Syria’s Assad for war crimes, but funny enough the bombing of that hospital in Afghanistan where doctors and patients were killed, they ignore. Doctors without Borders are demanding an international inquiry, but not a word from that august institution nor from the usual human rights wankers.
Once again the AI has not come to grips, except for that private part it never lets go, about the proposed resolution that the Pommy wankers put forward. The resolution was the world recognition of the mythology of Srebrenica.
It failed.

Gjon Marku, These are all facts that I've mentioned in my previous comment. In Srebrenica no women and children were harmed. If there was a plan to destroy completly or partially one ethnic group women and children wouldn't be left to go, but they would be the first victims. Now, I dont justify crime with another crime. Unfortunately, majority of Albanians do so.
