"So both sides are already happy with the current Kosovo's status (regardless of how they define it) so not sure what you want them to negotiate about regarding Kosovo's status!"
(icj1, 18 November 2015 00:50)

Obviously not, or why did Kosovo try so hard to become UNESCO member? And why are Serbian politicians celebrating so much that this plan failed? Stupid them, but as usual, those actions are good methods to draw attention away from the real problems both countries are facing.

Albanians & Beograd need to DIRECTLY negotiate, come to an agreement and present it to the world so the world will hold ALL accountable. Whatever the agreement is, both sides will never be happy

Not sure what you are talking about, dear!

According to the most patriotic of Serbs, the current Kosovo's status is that Kosovo is Serbia and Kosovo can do nothing without Serbia's permission, so Serbs are very happy about that.

According to the Kosovars, the current Kosovo's status is that Kosovo is independent from Serbia, and they are very happy about being independent from Serbia.

So both sides are already happy with the current Kosovo's status (regardless of how they define it) so not sure what you want them to negotiate about regarding Kosovo's status!

...We need (Serbs & Albanians)smart people to plants trees TODAY so their children one day can enjoy the shade. Let's negotiate, not fight! More trade, no War!

Wow,
The reason that I started visit this site was to know more about Serbian people, because I thought our media in Albania is exaggerating the numbers of Serbs who hate Albanians.
But I was wrong. I think the media in Albania is playing down this issue and not telling that 99% of Serbs hate Albanians.
I am reading this site for several years and this is the FIRST comment which contain not derogatory language towards Albanians...
Hopefully the rest of 7 million Serbs will follow your example and start at least comment and not insult Albanians.

BTW Kurti and other will be arrested because the Prishtina court issued an arrest warrant for them.

Even though a Serb, I push the point of negotiating hard for BOTH sides. Even though I agree with Kurti's right to protest & demonstrate, when people start getting hurt, you have to start thinking...If Thaci's people start being heavy-handed, what is the difference from what Milosevic is being accused of...EVERY elected government has a right to use force from elements looking to forcefully replace it...so technically, Thaci has every right to start using force, even lethal if so be it,...JUST like Milosevic did ! Some will say, but Thaci is not "killing" people or "burning" or "ethnically cleansing" and so on....but we're not at that point YET, just wait! If you don't think he will, you're in your own little "bubble World"...thinking all is well, yet all is crumbling around you! My point is this AGAIN: Albanians & Beograd need to DIRECTLY negotiate, come to an agreement and present it to the world so the world will hold ALL accountable. Whatever the agreement is, both sides will never be happy, BUT will be able to live with it because the WORLD will hold them accountable. This one-sided unilateral stuff will leave you vulnerable when the world dynamics change...and they will. We need (Serbs & Albanians)smart people to plants trees TODAY so their children one day can enjoy the shade. Let's negotiate, not fight! More trade, no War!

According to one opposition leader, Ramush Haradinaj, the clashes on Tuesday occurred because the police "wanted to arrest Kurti as he was leaving the assembly."

This notorious rioter should have been put behind bars long ago. How can it be that these extremists use tear gas in the Kosovo assembly again and again without any consequences? Probably the Albanian way of 'opposition' and 'democracy' to try to reach their goals by violent means.
