UNESCO membership won't be discussed in Brussels - PM

The American dream... The Kosovo dream.... To become a part of unesco....

That dream was shattered, it became a nightmare... But what could the Kosovo Islamists really expect, did they really think the Serbs were going to give it up, to say, here is our culture and history and just take it, please look after it oh muslim, please look after our churches....

Really, could they really think that... I am not being nasty, but I really want to know, did the Albanians in Kosovo really think that Serbia would allow our history to belong to the kosovo Albanians...

Unesco should not even be brought up in Brussels, unesco is for world heritage, Brussels is for politics... It like going to church or to a mosque and not worshipping God, but playing football inside the building, this is not the purpose for which it was created, it was created for worship...

Same thing applies to unesco... Kosovo islamist Albanians using christian buildings as a tool for membership in an international institution, using unesco in its political strategy... Are Islamists really here for world heritage of christian buildings, or here for political reasons...?

albania proper would be a really good country if it got the same amount of support as kosovo receives from the U.S. and EU... It just goes to show that the U.S. and EU don't really care about albania proper...

It is not your fault in the situation you find yourself to be mr. Vucic.
However, your country will move only as far as Kosovo will. Regardless who was the P.M. of Serbia they can only do what they are allowed to do.
Kosovo is gone remember that, and serbia thinks it can take it back then help yourself and give it a try.

Hopefully this is picked up by the news service in some of the countries that may have fallen for the pleas of Serbia to allow them to use dialogue with the Kosovo Albanians instead of admitting them to UNESCO now.
Was that not what Dacic's speech to the general assembly was about. Give us the chance to settle this in the Brussels dialogue. No sooner than that chance is given Vucic stands and says that which we so strongly advocated we will not honor.

"All other ministers, except (Aleksandar) Vulin and me, were in favor of accepting that - both (Ivica) Dacic and Suzana Grubjesic, and all the others who were there at the time," Vucic said. "

From the mouth of the PM himself :). It is good to see where the majority of Serb politicians in the cabinet stand. When are the next elections in Serbia?

It is not a question of honor. It is a question of schizophrenia, like the US ambassador said. The Serbian Government is simply giving out a strong aura of schizophrenia. Unstable, unpredictable. They all have different points of view and make different calculations. Nikolic disagrees with Vucic, Vucic with Dacic, Dacic with Nikolic. On his Russian interview Vucic went on the record to say that only Vulin agreed with him. A few days earlier, he got mad at another minister (don't remember his name) over the closure of Tanjug. Like it came out of the blue. Now Vucic is saying reforms are unpopular. Duric writes in his own website that the Brussels agreement will be reviewed by the Constitutional Court of Kosovo, but now they are acting all surprised. Or maybe they really are surprised, they never read those agreements probably. In short, you can't expect honor from a schizophrenic. You just have to try to cure him and try to get along. And try not to think of the bad luck of having him as neighbor :).

Don't know what you are implying by saying it turned into a nightmare. Kosovo did not gain membership in UNESCO, but it lost nothing. Everything is the same as it was the day before.
True these churches in Kosovo were built for worshiping GOD but when they became houses of worship to Serbia, God abandoned them long ago. When they became symbols of hate and endorsed murder, rape, and torture, they lost their religious being. They have become symbols of the lowest of humanity and they should be preserved as museums to show the contrast of what is and what could have been. One should be turned into a war crimes museum and the pictures of all that were murdered by the OSOS(orthodox state of serbia) name of holiness paper the walls.
The heritage sites in Kosovo show historical architecture but show the stains of religion.
