It's 2015
NOT 1998-99

It's Republic of Kosovo
NOT - Albania.. Just to let you know.

Our aim its to go to the north border and who really cares about agreement - you want it or not.

French KFOR favouring criminals on the north manages to do a cleansing in peace times. So helping these killers hiding STILL in the north.

- progress: we are almost getting fully there and then what - who cares about EU. Let them decide them self the way they wanted..
We have a UN recognised country called Mother Albania - so minoritires can stay if they will.

Don't think you have read as much as you think

The EU just commended Serbia for its constructive cooperation. Sorry to disappoint you. The EU however may revoke Kosovo's* SAA agreement for its obstruction of progress. Say goodbye to any hopes of visa liberalization too.

I love how Serbs always threaten whay SOMEONE else could do! Russia could invade Kosovo, The EU could cancel SAA, etc, etc.
It flows both ways though. If you notice that the EU is not really saying anything because this is strictly a legal challenge and should they say that the Kosovo Constitution does not matter it opens up more problems than this ZSO which no one really knows how it will truly work and how much power it will really have. Should the constitution be abolished for another then there might be a huge reduction of minority rights.
The EU which was really pushing the UNESCO bid just might table Serbian progress until the matter is settled, of course that cannot happen for 2 years so the negotiation process that just started may be taking a hiatus.
The best thing to do is to wait and see instead of threatening punches with someone else's fist.

if Constitutional court votes it down No EU nation will say anything it will be back in Brussels and renegotiated then go back to constitutional court, after the draft of mandate of community it will make the last trip to constitutional court.
(Bilbao, 13 November 2015 18:48)

And the same thing will be negotiated again. What makes you think Belgrade will agree to anything less? Pristina should have voted and reviewed this before they signed the agreement. It's too late now to change it, so this is just a waste of time.

Paul

Yes, Naim, Serbia's constitution says that it will never recognize Kosovo as an independent state. And that is the whole point, Serbia's constitution actually says something. Notice that nobody dare ask what is in the Albanian Kosovo constitution that prevents the ZSO. If the Albanians want to pour the Secret Sauce of constitutionality on negotiations, they must actually cite their constitution.

And this would be news wouldn't it?

Why wasn't the Albanian constitution a part of the negotiations the first time? You can bet that it will be in further negotiations and anything you might have achieved in the first round, you are not going to get in the second.

Pristina is stumbling bad, I hope they are not looking for sympathy anywhere. They are not going to get it.

What do you expect? We have a constitutional order there.
Do you thing we will be foolish like your constitution. Kosovo is part of Serbia it says in your unrespected constitution.. Where it actualy IS NOT.

I can't remember the last time Edita Tahiri said anything that was true, let alone made sense. Besides, I was under the impression that according to the Albanian version of reality, ZSO would be responsible for only coordinating folk dances and organizing bake sales. Pristina constantly said ZSO would operate under "Kosovo law" and that this was a victory for Kosovo's sovereignty. Why, even Hash once again said this represented Serbia's recognition of the Lil' State that Could for the umpteenth time. Now something that allegedly should have strengthened Kosovo's hand gets reviewed by its constitutional court after Mustafa tried to push it though Parliament despite tear gas canisters and rotten eggs?

All while blaming Serbia for obstructing the agreement and threatening to arrest anyone associated with ZSO?

Europe's Youngest Democrats still seem to be in Remedial Kindergarten.

Nikki and Comm both have lost your minds.
Russia does not have the option to get involved in the Brussels talks they have not been invited and won't be.
Tahiri was never president, and everyone knew that the agreements had to be taken back to be ratified by their governments to be binding. Of course in the case of Serbia there was no chance that anyone would stand up against the ruling party or they would immediately become the subject of a corruption investigation. Very similar to those in opposition in Russia.

Hypocrite Tahiri

OK, good idea.

Change the agreement so you dont have to go against your constitution.

And Serbia will change the meaning of the word recognition so it doesnt have to go against its constitution.

So I guess the zso would have been constitutional if kosovo's unesco bid was accepted...

now the EU has to get involved... well maybe Russia should get involved also...

Working with the kosovo albanian jihadist government is like working with osama bin Laden... one day they agree and the next day they fly a plane into your towers...

You really can't negotiate with terrorists...

The kosovo albanians should just revolt against their jihadist leaders in pristina and negotiate with Beograde to achieve agreements which will benefit all people in kosovo...

ISA MUSTAFA is not achieving anything positive for the people in kosovo, he is a corrupt individual and does not care about the poor living standards of the kosovo albanians.

Serbia should act like South Korea... drop pamphlets over kosovo about the kosovo jihadist leadership in order to cause a rebellion against the government. Its time use these kinds of tactics to discredit the leadership in kosovo...

I think it's quite obvious where this is headed to. ZSO is another example of RS that serbia would like to have inside of kosovo. This is only, for the interest of srbs and serbia, to freeze kosovps future. Any moves that kosovo may make it had to be in serbia interest. Same case with Bosnia, I think it's quite obvious Europe U.S. want no part of it.

Oh, it was it Serbia that sent an already signed agreement to the constitutional court? Funny woman. I thought she was an ex-president? And she still signed an agreement that is not in line with the constitution? Maybe it's time for KPS to arrest her, for damaging Kosovo and acting against the constitution.
