How can the European Commission publicly comment? The Albos are their friends and their bros have wiped their proverbial arse with the Brussels agreement LOL. The question that needs to be asked is how stupid is the EC?” and the answer is there is no limit to the level of their stupidity.

After Serbia's behavior at the UNESCO vote it is clear there is no point to continuing negotiations with Serbia. All agreemebts should be abolished. Kosova should do everything possible to block Serbia's EU path. The Kosovar government should implement a propaganda website #NoSerbiaInTheEU that shows all the crimes that Serbia perpetrated in Kosova. The criminal Serbia does not belong in the EU until it apologizes for all the crimes and genocide it has caused and until it pays war reparations to Kosovo. No EU membership for this genocidal country!

So, just as I thought Kosovo has not violated any agreement.

Of course they did. They just violated the Brussels Agreement.

Maja Kocijancic said: "We do not comment on ongoing judicial proceedings, we expect that the agreement of August 25 will be implemented. Both sides are responsible for their part of the job in the implementation of the agreement. "

Which means they're not going to comment of Kosovo's suspension of their responsibilities because they expect Kosovo to fulfill its responsibilities. The EU isn't even paying attention to Albanian games. Just because you didn't get a punishment doesn't mean you didn't do anything wrong. Did you even read the article before you commented on it?

"So, just as I thought Kosovo has not violated any agreement. Serbia on the other hand has been continously violating Brussels agreements by encouraging others to not recognize kosovo on international organizations."

Again that myth. Please show me where in any of the Brussels agreements is mentioned something about 'Kosovo and international organizations'.

Or maybe you mean the phrase 'not blocking Kosovo on the path of European integration' (or something like that, don't know the exact wording)? If yes, what has membership of a non-recognized country in international organizations like UNESCO to do with the European path?

Well, why is this considered 'no comment'? Only for people who are not familiar with the language code of diplomacy. 'We expect the agreement will be implemented' is more words than enough.

Never, EVER expect help from the European Commission, especially if it is concerning any important matter. The Commission lapdogs, on the orders of their masters in Berlin, backed the wrong side and, like the Germans, they are too cowardly to admit it.

You noticed she said both parties are expected to implement agreements, another word, if Serbia keeps on doing what she has been doing, we will jot play double standard games for serbia anymore. Kosovo has every right to reapeal ZSO agreement, and edit it as they wish to do so. They can just shoot it down completely as well, and Serbs are left out because Serbia is working for Russias interests not hers.
