I am sure Serbia has arrested some criminals in the past with counterfeit Euros or counterfeit American dollars... If the government has any counterfeit dollars or Euros or knows a country which may have some, you can give this fake money to the Libyans... They will not know any different, they will think it's cold hard cash...

As for the weapons which they are demanding... You can send them the oldest and most degenerate weapons you can find, don't hand over any quality or high tech weapons...

Just do as they ask, if they were not clear about real cash or counterfeit cash, then it is their problem, not ours and same with the weapons... Did they ask for weapons which actually work!

I want our citizens released, tell the Libyans to stop playing games as we are prepared to meet their demands...
