Serbians kidnapped in Libya "located" - reports

I guess serbia will have to pay, if it is a financial matter...

We can pay now, but send the bill to the libyan central bank so we can be reimbursed...

There should be more security forces traveling with Serb diplomats. The Serbian government must use this case as a right for diplomats to be armed or to travel with armed guards and military equipment such as armoured cars with 50 calibur machine guns...

No diplomat is safe in Libya, not even the people of libya are safe without some sort of weapon to protect themselves from these bandits.

I hope this can be resolved by the end of the day and that our citizens can make their way home to be with their families...
