Kosovo PM disappointed, accuses Serbia of "racism"
Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa said on Monday he "regretted deeply" <a href="http://www.b92.net/eng/news/politics.php?yyyy=2015&mm=11&dd=09&nav_id=95984" class="text-link" target= "_blank">UNESCO General Conference's decision</a> not to allow Kosovo to join the organization.

I think it would make much more sense if Kosovo finally would spend more efforts on making the life of the people their better, i.e. improve economy, social life, and all the things that make 100.000s of people try to escape from Kosovo instead of wasting valuable time and energy for more or less useless campaigns with only a symbolic value, like that UNESCO bid.
