What about the US and EU violation of Serbia's territorial integrity or the many illegal wars the US have started in Europe Africa and the middle east what does Mr Carter have to say about that?

A very recent report prepared by the American Enterprise Institute on US military capabilities states as follows:
“US military is being asked to “do more with less.” Despite demand for ongoing military presence in the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and East Asia and continued threats from Iran, Russia, and China, defence spending and the number of active duty service members continues to shrink. US weaponry remains outdated and overused.”
The annual US budget shortfall is 1 trillion dollars and that money is borrowed to pay for the military, military pensions and a few other civilian programs. Which part of government does Carter wish to eliminate to pay for this upgrade of weapons and military? Social Security perhaps?
This statement is all for domestic consumption.

LOL! Russia and China are challenging US hegemony and are doing a great job in opposing it. The double standards of the West means it is finished. Talking about sovereignty of its "allies" but trampling on sovereignty of "non-allies".

You see, anyone who has recently aligned itself with the West have become unstable and fragmented. Ukraine, Georgia and yes, the Balkans are on the agenda and on radar of Russia and China. There is unfinished business there so patience as the geopolitical situation changes. Montenegro is first in line, one by one, as the opportunities arise.

Indeed mr Carter.It was Russia and China that invaded and destroyed Iraq and caused the collapse of Libya and started the civil war in Syria.The same countries are still supporting the human flesh eating 'moderate rebels in Syria and Iraq.

I live in Serbia and Belgrade is my home. Russia and China represent international order. The US, NATO and their axis partners represent international disorder. Simple as that my friend.

International Order? Who's order? USA dictates and imposes " their version of world order " to all the nations of the world! USA creates and words laws in their favor and then abuses humanity in contempt of all ethical values! Just look at the vilification and demonization of all Slavic Christian Eastern Orthodox people in Europe by the good old USA! So my conclusion is God Bless Russia, China and India!!!
